Indeed is where many of our clients find the majority of their paid applicants, so it’s where we spend a lot of our time working to understand the nuances of their products and how to maximize the value that our clients get out of their products.
For over 15 years Transworld has been a hands-on partner with Indeed, working on the early stage of new product developments, trialing new products and ensuring we have a deep knowledge of the in’s and out’s of how their products work. We are also a founding member of the Indeed Agency Alliance, a select group of global agencies that Indeed partners with to provide priority access to new products, closer access to its teams and dedicated support teams to help improve the experience of our mutual clients. We’re also part of Indeed Insiders. Insiders gives us an early look at what Indeed is building and a place in the community helping to shape those products, so your plan is ready for what is coming as well as what is here today.
Why does Indeed work with agencies?
Plenty of employers buy from Indeed on their own, and plenty work through an agency. Indeed supports both and at no additional cost to you. Indeed works with agencies because they recognize that a good recruitment marketing agency helps employers build a cohesive talent attraction strategy and they want to be a part of that strategy.
Does Indeed pay advertising agencies?
Yes, and it isn’t unique to Indeed. Every job board partner we buy from, Indeed included, pays agencies a commission on the advertising we place, with the amount varying by partner and product. That commission is not a cost that is added to the top of your spend.
That commission is what lets us offer our planning, daily management and reporting at a reduced cost to you. It’s also why we don’t charge for media research or for recommending recruiting technology when a partner already pays us for it.
We’re happy to walk you through exactly how we’re paid before you sign anything.
Is what you buy through us different from buying direct?
The Indeed products (and the cost for them) that you get through Transworld are the same as if you went to Indeed yourself.
What changes that you get an additional team supporting your ad strategy; one that manages thousands of campaigns ever year working on yours. We make suggestions and tweaks based on our very hands-on knowledge of how their product(s) work. You get a team on your side – focused on getting the best result for you alone. A team that will be there offering planning, adjusting and reporting on the results, along with your own analytics portal showing what every dollar brought in.
Employers often don’t have an expert on staff with the time to learn the nuances of what pay per click does versus pay per started application, if Premium Sponsored Jobs work better than Smart Sourcing or what the best timeline for a campaign should be. That’s where we come into play – we know this because understanding those nuances are at the core of what we do every day.

Why work with Transworld to manage your Indeed account?
If you already work with Indeed and like your rep, we’ve got good news. Your Indeed team stays in place. We work alongside them as a senior level of support, and because we stay with you when reps change, you never have to train anyone new on how your business runs.
Getting started is simple. You add us as a user on your current Indeed account, and we review how it is set up today. We send our first suggestions and change nothing until you agree. Applicants keep flowing into the applicant tracking system you already use, and you can always get back into your old account.
Agreements and paperwork, made easier. Not every Indeed commitment works the same way. On some, credits are available from the first day. On others they arrive month by month, and when you are ahead of pace we can often get them released early. We can also sign with Indeed on your behalf, so you sign a short statement of work with us instead. That usually means less time with your legal team, and nothing in it commits you to running everything through Transworld.
Annual contracts. If an annual agreement makes sense for your business, Transworld has significant experience building them. We know where the discount breakpoints sit, what things should cost, and how to time an agreement to maximize the value that you get out of your commitment. Our goal is your best value, not a sales quota. We help you get the most from the products and trials your agreement already includes, and we pace your budget to your real hiring season, job by job.
Resume search that fits your team. Smart Sourcing is an important part of the recruiting process. We look at how your recruiters actually use it and point you to the plan that gives you the most contacts for what you spend. Sometimes a plan with unlimited users costs the same as the seats you have now. An annual Smart Sourcing plan usually costs less than paying month to month, and unused contacts carry over to the next month. When it makes sense, we can also negotiate extra contacts at a reduced rate.
Ads built around who you need. We size each campaign to how many people you need and for which roles, and we test job titles to see what draws the most interest in each market. We check your accounts every morning. Reports arrive by email on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with a note when a campaign ends, and your analytics portal shows what every dollar brought in.
Customized billing. Opt for an itemized weekly invoice or a consolidated single invoice each month for the prior month’s spend, itemized by region, brand or location, and it covers every job site we run for you. We build out the structure that you need, to help get things processed efficiently by your accounting team.
